The hotel reserved several rooms at a discounted conference rate for the participants.
- Room type: Superior;
- Room rates (single or double): $119.00 (USD);
- Rates are for single or double occupancy, $20.00 (USD) will be added for each additional person;
- Rates are net non-commissionable and rates are subject to local sales tax currently 13%;
- Room reservations should be made by an individual call-in.

- Rates are valid three days before and after official conference dates upon availability;
- 1 Complimentary Upgrade to Executive Suite at the negotiated group rate;
